Compu Chron LCD Alarm Chronograph?

New to this forum, I found this watch in a bag of about 25 watches at a local antique store that is liquidating its inventory. I paid $10 for the bag. This Compu Chron was included, and I unscrewed the back and replaced the two 393 batteries with new and it came to life! I've been wearing it this past week and am impressed by the accuracy of its timekeeping. Does anyone know something about this brand or when this watch was made?

It looks like the quartz module was made by AOMORI TIME INC.? Does anyone have any information on that company?

Hi It looks a lot like my two Riquartz below.
I don't have a pic of the module, but if my memory serves me right it
looked very similar to yours, same cell clasp,everything but mine has
"Riquartz movement" written on it. so most likely generic.
Although don't quote me on it.
