Quartzmatic DSM & LCD Salesman Samples

Post11 May 2015, 19:54

These were given to me today  Thank you Les!
The one that looks like it's running with module is a faux taped on paper display...No module.
Does anyone have a spare module for the top button version? ~:(

Yeah, awesome Quartzmatic Matt !
I don't think that module was used in any other watch

In case you haven't found it already, see here for an image of what you're after (courtesy of Adam/DWL):

You could always take a photo of his display and tape it to the inside of the case ;-)

Thanks Kasper ;-)
I'm guessing it never had a module. Most likely it had a faux DSM image taped to to underneath side of crystal because it was a dealer display piece.
The square back to this watch is supposed to have a battery hatch, and there is no Westclox logo at the bottom.
Good idea charger105!
I may try printing a similar DSM display image, and get a new glass cut for it for display.

Here's a picture of it cleaned up a bit :mega:

I'm making some small DSM display image prints, and I'm trying to figure out what to use for the crystal yet
I have some thin glass, and a cutter/scorer...just no skill in snapping yet. I also have some thin plexiglass, which I could try working with.
