Tissot d.377 two timer. Can you open it up?

I just picked up a couple of Tssot two timer to play around with, thinking I might be able to make one good one. Has anyone opened one up before? I cant see anywhere to get in other than through the crystal. did they really do that?

So now I have one working(nearly) with a bleeding lcd and another not working with a good lcd.

Two case versions- one has a screw on back and can be opened. Other has a soldered on back and is somewhat difficult to open!

Ah solder thats what I was trying to scrape off. I thought it was unbelievably tough crud. How do you heat it without damaging the insides? I might as well go in now s I have just noticed both have bleed. I have a couple of the other type here as well in parts. Are they interchangeable or is that too much to ask for?

Thats the one Kasper. Looks like fun. I don't have a good lcd now so I shall open them up maybe with the oven at 80. It look like a horrible watch to work with.
