Yes, but typically ONLY if the Tiffany crystal is in good to excellent condition (no chips, light hairline scratches only, no damage to the Tiffany logo). Adds $50-200, depending on the overall condition. If it's a choice between a beat-up Tiffany and a nice, standard Pulsar, I'd go with the Pulsar. Neiman-Marcus marked crystals are much (6 to 8 times) rarer.
