Casio F-100: the first Casio plastic watch

Post19 Feb 2019, 14:48

Happy to share with you my latest watch... :-D
Fully working except for the light :-(
...it needs more investigation...the bulb looks good but probably it's faulty.

Enjoy

It's a basic watch just only time, date, chrono and light...famous for the Alien movie.
The downside of this watch is the material quality: the plastic caseback is, in my opinion, bad engineering. The molded plastic clip that holds the caseback in place breaks off very easily on this watch.... :-(
So i have to find another one because yesterday when i was trying to replace the battery one clip brokes and now is impossible to close the back correctly...
If anyone have one caseback in good order or a tip to fix it please let me know,i tried to glue the clip but it doesn't work.
