Contacted strikes and spares on their website

Hi, I recently bought an orient touchtron on eBay that was described as working with buttons but not the touch aspect.

When it arrived the batteries were separate and when I put them in it does not work at all

I left my details (twice) on strikes and spares, with details of my issue and a request around details of sending the watch to them.

I received no reply. Is this led watch repair service still in operation and if not, can anyone please let me know if there is any alternative site?
