Ventura Alpha Backlight issue

Post23 Nov 2025, 03:15

Greetings,
I just did a battery change on my Alpha. Everything is fine. Set the time, date and went to check the backlight. When I pushed the backlight button the screen went black. I could not retrieve the display so I removed the battery, reinstalled it and reset the time and date. All is good but I haven't touched the backlight again.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jim

I have a similar issue, see my post just now. Mine is more severe as I can't use the watch at all since I can't set the time. I suspect that no one actually works on these watches nowadays.
