Its a nice watch and it fits very well in this 'Ancient Crystron' post.....
The model pictured here was the second case style (after the rectangular ones) that was fitted with the 9010A movement. This second 9010A model was quickly replaced by a model using the same case but fitted with the later 9011A movement (
http://www.digitalwatchlibrary.com/DWL/ ... -60-10711/) and so is somewhat uncommon.
The 9011 movement has the speckldy mirror versus the 9010s flat grey. But this 9010 case also differs from the 9011 version with different (shinier) printing on the glass and different '9010' part numbers on the back.
So what? Well, all of the rectangular cased 9010s were marked 'Citizen Liquid Crystal'. And whilst there were Analogue 'Crystron' watches (you know, with dials and hands

) , the particular variant of the 9010 pictured here that briefly preceded the more common 9011 watches in the same case would seem to be THE FIRST of all the Citizens that was marked 'Crystron LC'
