Those watches were actually designed in conjunction with an award winning Japanese recording artist(name escapes me at this moment, I have one of the signed editions.). They were made in several colors, the clear one's are most common. I've seen pink, blue, green and brown. There is also a special Disney Japan edition(I have that one also, fully boxed). The metronome feature works quite well, with the speed being digitally displayed - you can set it running and hang on a microphone for a "click track". I have actually done that in a playing situation where we didn't have a drummer and speed was lagging because the guitarist was refusing to follow my efforts( bass player) to pull him along. "Why are you speeding up there?" Answer:"Because YOU are slowing down there!" The other built in rythmns aren't for crap, IMO. Has 1/100 chronograph, time, date.
The LED readout is nice for a dark club -I think of it as a Longine Gemini for the hip-hop musician.
Ugly little things, aren't they...although, they do bear some marginal resemblance to a Synchronar. But their battery changes don't require a knife and a jeweler's saw.
