I think this community is doing everything it can, I think we can only work on making bad information easier to find for the buyer before they become a victim. As like most News and other information, it’s always the bad news that gets reported. Yes, the majority of sales are good but we are stuck with only haveing time to report the bad!
I think other than rare cases, most any novice buyer to digital watches will find this forum or my website, all the search engines give the opportunity for a buyer to find us. If a buyer doesn’t do the research then there isn’t much we can do.
My suggestion would be to create a new section on both this forum and my forum as well, they should be near or at the top, maybe something like
“Before you Buy . . . . Auctions & Private Watch Sales”
