It's pretty simple. If you are selling a LED watch put "BRAND X LED" in the title, same for LCD's. You are not, repeat not going to get any extra hits by filling your title with garbage, at least not anyone who is likely to put a bid in. If you want to be obscure put in spelling mistakes for people to hunt down if you like but that will not get you best price.
