Casio W-27 w/189 module

Hi,
After cringing and putting a regular battery in because the rechargeable is no longer available, She Runs!@ But i can't figure out how to set it. Any and all help gladly accepted.

Hi there,

Press the bottom left button several times to cycle through the functions quickly. It should give you "Set" after "Chrono" when you do this. Use the buttons on the right side to set hour:min:sec etc.

Which battery did you put in there? I've got one and can't find a cheap rechargable battery. I'd be happy to put anything in that works and costs $5 or less.
