HAVE A GOLD FILLED COPMUCHRON LARGE ROUND RED CRYSTAL 2 SCREW DOWN LIDS FOR BATTERY ON INSIDE THE LIN HAS A STAMP WITH A 3 AND 75 UNDER IT. It seems to be a lesser common (but not rare) CompuChron.
Not expensive in the ranks of Omega or Pulsar to be sure....
Regarding the pic of the LED display, it looks like one of the digits has some green fuzz growing on it? Not sure if this is just an artifact of the picture itself. If it is fuzz, then that's not a good sign.

Try to remove the 'fuzz' with a little rubbing alcohol on a cloth but don't rub to vigorously and take care not to damage anything, normally green deposits are not a good sign as this could indicate damage from leaking battery acid.

Year circa 1975, others might tell you with more accuracy.
(Update: Just noticed the date sticker on the module: Jan '76)

Value circa $80, although prices fluctuate considerably.

BTW: Your caps lock key appears to be stuck on, lower case is better, upper case is considered to be SHOUTING.
