Bruce, toss me a bone here :?:
Please point out the pull down menu selections in 'report item' that can apply to this.

It seems to have been rendered academic...I just went back to the listing to find the "report item" link...and guess what? "Bidding has ended on this Item"! Let's just hope it's NOT because he made a private sale! :-D Maybe he finally did what I told him and watched the video...I wonder whose turn it is to STFU now?! !@@!

BTW, it's still possible to open the item listing, and use the "ask a question" link...in case any other Forum members care to get in a parting shot.

In his enlargements there seems to be something about that clasp, like it had initials on it or something....maybe just an artifact of image size reduction, etc.

Kind of funny that his last item sold(granted, only $21.50), was a
"Rare 1950 "Double November" Calendar". M:)W:)M

I have a rare first edition comic book, where the Muppets first appeared, signed by Jim Hensen himself. That's it, I am putting it up on ebay, starting bid of $50k!

And then the fight started.....

I am selling this one-of-a-kind Pulsar LED watch, probably worn by James Bond, which can be seen on the display (lights up with Jb). It´s a solid(!) stainless steel one, comes with a 13 month calendar (double-november-feature). Price: $515.00 only (reduced from $2150).

Sorry Nicole, that is definitely a Jim Beam collectible watch, I can tell by the spotty font...and it's a double button, for the double fisted drinker and watch fan. :~#

"Top marks, Double-O-Seven"

Post03 Dec 2010, 20:04

This thread (and forum) came up on my radar within the first couple of posts, as part of my routine searches for updated James Bond watch news on the web.

I'm so glad it did!

Took me a bit to get registered here, but I wanted to weigh-in with my strong encouragement for your coordinated efforts.

It's one thing to do what's appropriate to keep these fantastic timepieces working, and, in an impressive number of cases, on the wrists of ongoing users. It's quite another to misrepresent fact to exploit the under-informed who might otherwise be genuinely interested in owning true connections to James Bond watch history.

!@@!

Thanks. And keep up the good work!

OMG! Somebody else thought I was doing the right thing! Thank you, Dell! Usually, it's un-knowledgeable sellers, who miss or mix-up details, or just get too entusiastic about what they have. But you rarely see this sort of thing; in seven years, this is only the sixth case of deliberate misrepresentation or fraud I have seen. I see worse than this on a daily basis in the Meteorite listings...don't even get me started. I would say that the LED market is one of the collecting specialties LEAST affected by unscrupulous sellers.
