Very interesting!!

This looks like the case that we've seen a few times before lurking in the background of the occasional eBay auction of "led-land" Peter from north of the border:

I'll be curious what Bruce has to say about the "provenance" / story. It certainly sounds credible. If it's an 18kt case, then is it or is it not a saleman's model? Does the stainless steel back make it a saleman's model? You could probably argue it either way. Is the definition of an object defined more by its physical self or by its history?

A "matching pair". Ha ha. Yes, that would be nice, wouldn't it? One for each wrist - or perhaps as cufflinks. :-)
