3 AM mountain time ..1m to go ... 30 secs .. .no more bids . Then i shouted i shouted like a little kid..i won .i won
Finally a real watch with some artistic value .Not a piece o metal with a bunch of keys



My wife look pissed at me ..An hour later ..well maybe ten minutes
she was all ok with "it".

You could use bid sniper so you don't have to wait up all night waiting to bid.Then Its like Christmas the next morning wondering if you go the present you wanted, and you wont feel tired 8-)

Little dinged, but not bad. Don't get impulsive and throw the band away thinking you will replace it - it has a mysterious quality. :idea: The front and rear lug openings are different by 2 mm. Not an easy situation to move through neatly. Even in leather bands you will have to go with a custom band, since using parts from two diffent bands won't generally work either, due to the strap not passing neatly through the clasp. :x

Nice catch regardless. 8-)

You should certainly protect your wife from anything that might cause her stress. :mrgreen:

US$945 is almost a bargain :-)
I even bid on it, but not seriously (only about 500$ ;-) - I prefer the SS version.

I wonder what happened to the back, it looks like deeply corroded :?:
