1974 Bulova big block

Nice bulova watch with hughes dot matrix module. Everything works, but, as mentioned before, with a very fragile stem system.

Lovely watch, in the right hands and a little elbow grease it can turn into a real beauty, the hardest part is to get the mirrow finish right. I got mine not working and got the newer HA module converted to work on the Bulova carrier, following Eds Advise the convertion was easy so no need to pull the crown to show date. This mode eliminates all the misaligment problems typical to this watch. Now I find the crown comand very pleasing.

Wonderful catch Dutchsiberia, congrats! A Big-Block is in my wishlist and someday I'd love to get one, but the stem pusher makes me a bit concerned about the reliability of that system.

@Phasar:

Your N4 is lovely as well, especially with the module modification! :-D
