Junghans mega1 time setting

Post25 Nov 2013, 21:22

Hi All, I have just purchased a Junghans Mega 1 lcd watch, the time is set at 1 hr in front for a different time zone, should the watch sync itself to GMT
automatically or do I have to reset manually?,
Are there any visual signs on the screen to say that the watch has synched?
Hope you can help me on this as I love the watch, but without the radio signal its just another LCD watch,
Best regards,
David.

The upper button advances the timezone by one hour, the lower one sets the timezone one hour back.
Pressing the middle button for more than 3 seconds activates the manual sync mode, syncing is also done each night at 3AM.
IIRC, manual syncing does _not_ work when the timezone is more than 1 hour ahead or behind GMT.
