Out of an collection of thirtien Nepro's again three new ones born to a new life.

Great job Fred! I see that these three models have an MSA module. The four digit modules can be fitted in the older Microma-made cases too. Congratulations! ;-)

Any chance of seeing the other Nepro's? They are a rare sight and not documented well, not on internet and not in the main books about LCD watches

Interestng pieces. Thanks for the photos. I didn't realize Minivox was used as a brand. The top right one is from around 1976, I wonder what the Minivox ones date to. When do you think you might have these restored too?

To restore these other ones that take weeks or even month's and depends of the modules recover of have to find donor modules.
You have to be very patient in this matter.
By the way I have a German book about 50 years of electronic , Led and Lcd watches, which discribes several Nepro watches.
Thanks, Fred

You're doing a great job on restoration so far, Im looking forward to see the others come back to "life". Are the MSA modules the same as what was used originally (on these models)?

Unfortunately I dont' read German, however, I did flick through the English version of the book "Electrifying the Wristwatch" by Trueb, Ramm and Wenzig (who are Germans I believe) but I couldnt find any reference to the use of the Minivox brand. I noticed the light blue one has "Solid State" under the display and wondered if this meant it's older as I have the Nepro badged Microma LCD which has this also. The Swiss Made tag seems a branding which was used later
