Actually, you can remove the 0432 crystal from it's bezel if you apply direct heat from a hairdryer, and then push from the inside with preferably a "wooden" bamboo stick or some thing close to that. You would want to have the bezel in a movement stand while doing it. I have had good success with this, and am usually able to salvage the retaining gasket. Once removed as described, you have two choices: polish the existing crystal with sandpaper and other polishing materials, or two, have someone like Kasper cut a new piece of glass.
