Hi guys!
Found in a lot of lcds watches...sold as not working...a little cleaning operations and voilĂ ...back to life again...Seiko A229-5000 from December 1978.Take a look at the battery hatch replacement :scratch: :lol:
The previous owner must have lost the original one... :grin1:

Next step: polish the watch....stay tuned..

Very nice looking already! Is it difficult to preserve the different finishes on the case?

I think so.... i want to see the front "Seiko" logo and " Chronograph" shine again.... :-D
