This is the model in question, it came fitted with a single 357 battery which fits very well without the need for a spacer, I assume the original battery would of been the RW25?

The display is not always easy to read but I don't mind so much, I see it as more of a quirk than an annoyance, I find tilting the wrist to adjust the viewing angle makes it easier to read, I exchanged a few PM's with f.e.a.r and pointed this out to him prior to replying to his post but I agree it is a factor that has to be taken into consideration.
I don't see the flashing display as a problem, it flashes on and off quite quickly so if you happen to glance during an off period it's only a blink of the eye before it's back on.
